Saturday Nights

The main intent was to wake up early and head out the door, but what can I say? I enjoy sleeping in late.
The long runs gradually increase in mileage. My attempts vary from barely being able to do all of it, to doing most of it or just plain skipping it. I didn’t run the majority of last week as my legs felt sore, causing me to adjusting my gait to compensate for it. I think there’s a conflict of interest in doing the later weeks of the 200 squats program (a kid sister of the 100 push-ups program) and running.
At this point I try my best to stick with the schedule.
